It is advertised as a hotel, but after paying upfront I received an email to say it was running as a self service guest house. Therefore no restaurant as advertised. We had stayed in the Llawnroc Hotel some years ago when it was actually a hotel, and enjoyed our stay. The quality of the rooms are good, but it is not being maintained. Obviously the owners are just renting out the rooms to get some income until it is sold. Maria seems to be doing everything when she is on site, and tries her best to oblige. The shower was temperamental and I had to ask Maria if she could help as it was only producing hot water. There was air conditioning but it didn’t work. The milk in the in room fridge was off when we went to use, and the tv kept losing it’s signal. All in all it was a disappointing stay so we only stayed one night instead of the two that we booked. I feel that the information on the 訂房網站 site is not correct about this venue. There was also no option to cancel the booking once I was informed that it was now a self service guest house.
